Advice Associate/ Professional Year
Australia-based
Full-time and Remote (Or Greensborough, Victoria if you would like an office space)
Responsibilities include:
Initial client engagement to determine if they are a good fit for the business
Work with the support team for the initial research and prepare clients' insurance proposals (Statement of advice).
Client communication including phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Work with the support team on the implementation of insurance applications and updating insurers or clients as to the state of an application.
Manage ongoing client communication and questions.

What Qualifications do you require?
FASEA Approved & on the adviser register OR requisite qualifications and experience to begin your professional year

Great email management skills
Experience using financial planning quote comparison tools
High level of expertise in using insurance quoting software
Experience lodging insurance application
Detailed understanding of the insurance underwriting process and likely outcomes
Detailed understanding of the different insurance products on the market
