We’re fully online (and on your phone) but there’s no automatic quoting and comparison system here. You get real time access to advisers qualified to provide advice on life insurance products.
How does our insurance process work?
1. Phone call
We use this call to find out what’s important to you and if we’re a good fit.
2. Proposal fee
We'll assess your needs, review current policies (if any), and provide tailored recommendations (products, coverage) that best suit you.
$330 (single) OR $495 (couple) once-off
For self employed - $495 (single) OR $770 (couple) once-off
3. Questionnaire
Step through our simple questionnaire to tell us about your lifestyle, health, finances, and income.
4. Advice preparation
Once we gather all your details, we’ll pre-assess with insurers and map out the best strategy for your unique needs. Keep in mind, this process can take up to 8 weeks, depending on how complex your needs are.
5. Advice meeting
Once your advice document is ready, we’ll get you to book in a call with your adviser to walk you through the strategy we've crafted and explain our recommendations.
6. Application
Choose from our recommendations, and we'll handle the paperwork and submit your application for you. Keep in mind, this step can take several weeks or even months, depending on the insurer and specific application requirements. We'll ensure you're informed throughout the process.
7. Policy in force
Once your insurer gives the green light and your policies are active, we’ll let you know right away and provide you with the policy documents. At this point, you can rest easy knowing your family’s safe by having the right insurances in place.
Just a heads up—your first premium payment will be due around this time too. Please make sure you have enough funds available to cover it.
