Client Services Officer - Insurance Lodgement

Philippines-based

Full-time and Remote

Responsibilities include:

  • Documents Review

  • Reviewing the Statement of Advice signed by the clients to see how they wanted to proceed with the insurance advice.

  • Thorough checking of the forms to update the important fields in Pipedrive

  • Gathering completed Application forms that are required to proceed with submitting the application to the insurer’s portal

    Lodging applications

  • Ensuring the quotes are accurate, such as features and client’s details

  • Accurately input customer information in the insurer’s Portal

  • Submitting the client’s application through Insurer’s Portal

    Client Communication

  • Touching base to follow up on application documents and to confirm the information

  • Address customer inquiries and provide assistance with questions related to the advice documents

What Qualifications do you require? 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.

  • Open to fresh graduates and entry-level applicants; experience is a plus but not required.
