Client Services Officer - Insurance Lodgement

What you’ll do:
Documents Review
Reviewing the Statement of Advice signed by the clients to see how they wanted to proceed with the insurance advice.
Thorough checking of the forms to update the important fields in Pipedrive
Gathering completed Application forms that are required to proceed with submitting the application to the insurer’s portal
Lodging applications
Ensuring the quotes are accurate, such as features and client’s details
Accurately input customer information in the insurer’s Portal
Submitting the client’s application through Insurer’s Portal
Client Communication
Touching base to follow up on application documents and to confirm the information
Address customer inquiries and provide assistance with questions related to the advice documents
