Client Services Officer - Review

Responsibilities include:

  • Review and manage existing insurance policies of our clients, ensuring all updates and ongoing management are conducted efficiently. 

  • Verify client-requested alterations to their insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements. 

  • Execute any policy changes requested by clients, such as adjustments to covers, premium structures, or other modifications, in collaboration with insurers and internal teams. 

  • Collaborate with clients to address inquiries related to their current policies, providing clear guidance and support. 

  • Verify the accuracy of policy details and ensure all necessary documents are up to date. 

  • Save and organise policy documents and schedules in the company’s database for efficient access and future reference. 

  • Conduct quality checks on in-force policies to minimise errors or discrepancies. 

  • Ensure any policy amendments, such as revised terms or policy updates, are communicated promptly to clients. 

  • Monitor ongoing commissions, ensuring accuracy and receipt. 

  • Maintain well-organised records for ongoing policy management, updates, and client communications.

What Qualifications do you require? 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.

  • Open to fresh graduates and entry-level applicants; experience is a plus but not required.
