Own our content strategy: Spearhead our digital content efforts to ensure our brand messaging is impactful, engaging, and consistent. Be the brains behind our content plans, turning data into creative execution and making it happen.

Streamline content production: Work hand-in-glove with our team to refine content workflows, optimise our content creation process, and deliver high-quality content efficiently.

Lead & inspire: Manage our content team—including a video editor, graphic designer, and content writer—to ensure cohesive storytelling across all platforms.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and manage our content team & build a high-performance creative culture.

  • Develop and oversee our content strategy across digital platforms (social media, website, email, video, and more).

  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, audience needs, and business objectives.

  • Oversee the production of engaging video, graphics, and written content.

  • Implement content marketing best practices to drive engagement and audience growth.

  • Analyse content performance and adjust strategies to optimise impact.

  • Identify opportunities for content automation and process improvements.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience.

  • Stellar communication skills paired with the creativity to match.

  • A knack for identifying content trends, analysing performance data, and making decisions that drive engagement.

  • Proficiency in the latest content marketing tools, trends, and methodologies.

  • Proven leadership and people skills.
