HR Adviser
Australia-based
Full-time and Remote (Or Greensborough, Victoria if you would like an office space)
Responsibilities include:
Lead end-to-end recruitment, including job advertising, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for both local and offshore roles.
Collaborate with the leadership team to understand workforce needs and align HR strategies with business goals.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant employment laws.
Manage employee relations, ensuring issues are handled with sensitivity and efficiency.
Support leadership in developing a positive remote working culture that promotes engagement and productivity.
Oversee performance management processes and help develop strategies for employee development and retention.
Implement and manage HR systems, including HRIS and payroll platforms, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Provide advice and support to employees on HR-related queries, including benefits, leave entitlements, and career development.
What Qualifications do you require?
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in an HR Adviser or equivalent role, with strong recruitment experience.
Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance requirements in Australia; offshore knowledge is desirable.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a knack for building relationships at all levels.
