Marketing Manager

Full-time and Remote (Or Greensborough, Victoria if you would like an office space)
Responsibilities include:
Set marketing up for success: Spearhead our marketing efforts to ensure the team is self-sufficient. Be the brains behind our marketing brawn, turning data into plans and making them happen.
Streamline processes: Work hand-in-glove with our team to refine our client experience to smooth out the wrinkles in our processes.
Lead & inspire: Run the show with vision, conducting regular 1:1s, setting clear objectives and key results, and fostering a culture where every question leads to growth.
Lead and manage our Marketing team & build a high-performance culture.
Oversee all aspects of our marketing strategy.
Lead our technology improvements, identifying solutions and automation to streamline our marketing and improve team productivity.
Drive strategic initiatives and projects to enhance our marketing reach.
Identify opportunities for process optimisation across all marketing, communications and client experiences to drive continuous improvement.
What Qualifications do you require?
A bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience.
Stellar communication skills paired with the creativity to match.
A knack for identifying trends, analysing data, and making decisions that drive success.
Proficiency in the latest marketing tech, trends, and methodologies.
Proven leadership and people skills
